Apa yang perlu dilakukan jika anak demam panas?

Saya tefikir untuk menulis entry ini kerana kebanyakan ibubapa yang baru mendapat anak mempunyai kurang pendedahan tentang hal di atas

1. Elakkan memakaikan anak anda dengan pakaian tebal,pakai kan baju nipis,berlubang atau tidak perlu memakai baju,cukup sekadar diapers
2.Mandikan anak anda.
-Jangan takut ,cekalkan hati,mandi kan anak anda,pastikan ubun-ubun nya basah.Terus kan mandi hingga suhu nya turun.Mandikan dengan air sejuk (paip),bukan air suam.Jangan takut jika anak anda menggigil,menggigil adalah respon badan untuk menaikkan suhu badan.(yang telah turun ketika mandi).
Mandi yang sempurna boleh menurunkan suhu dari 40* ke 37* tanpa ubat!
3.Pastikan ada bekalan ubat demam dirumah.Ubat demam perlu diberi mengikut sukatan tertentu(berdasarkan berat badan).Oleh itu sukatan untuk si adik yang berusia 4 bulan tidak sama dengan sukatan untuk abang yang berusia 3tahun

Q: Mengapa perlu mengawal suhu badan dengan betul?
A: Bayi mudah mendapat sawan jika suhu badan telalu tinggi.


Q: Ibu saya kata jika demam ,perlu balut bayi dengan baju yg tebal?
A: Tidak,jika kita pakaikan baju yang tebal,akan menyebabkan suhu badan terperangkap dan meningkat dengan lebih tinggi.

Q: Berapa kerap perlu beri ubat demam?
A: Pada beberapa hari pertama,perlu memberi setiap 6 jam,

Q: Jika anak demam didalam masa 6 jam sebelum dos selanjt nya,apa perlu saya lakukan?
A: Mandikan anak anda!


Ini ada perbualan yang biasa berlaku.Kebanyakan ibubapa dengan anak pertama agak kekok berkenaan dengan cara menjaga anak yang demam.Setiap malam sekurang-kurang nya 10-20 ibu akan datang ke hospital (daerah) dengan masalah yang sama.

I believe

1.We have to learn to laugh at our own mistakes, that makes learning more fun.
2.We have to take care of our parents, they are the glue that keep us together.
3.Whatever question we have in life, time will tell us the answer.we just have to wait.

Now it seems like a trend that muslim men will be marrying newly converted (hot) women.
I just think that it will be beautiful if all men will be able to be imam  to their women.

HOship

I honestly don't think that more HO means less quality doctor.
I was in posting with 6-8 HO s/ dept,and once I was about to join dept with previously 2HOs /dept
What I can see is that, more HOs means
i. less careless mistakes

ii. HOs gets to attend CMEs, courses , workshops.

ii. get to do more procedures(applied to 1st few poster because they need guidance, otherwise, MOs will ask them to clerk patients and MO will help out with procedure,thus work are done faster )
For me having procedures is more fun than being a glorified clerk.

iv. more friends(HO colleagues), thus better working environment.-all work no play makes jack a dull boy,eh
Whether they (new HOs) going to learn or not ,its depends on them.

Currently,I'm in posting with 2HOs/ dept because there is a huge gap between my batch and junior batch.Most of my friends are done with HOship ,I'm still waiting for my turn in Feb next year.

we are gonna be ok!

In life some are granted with certain things , while others doesnt.
Some ppl who have everything are easily be upset with small things that they dint get
The key is to have an open mind..
If it doesnt work out this way, the other way also fine

To do list

1. learn how to swim
-i have aleady bought the attire!yet to enroll
2. learn to play chest
3.visit georgia aquarium
4.to finsh reading few books -harry potter & deathly hallows
-pride & prejudice
6.learn to play squash
-hitting wall should be that hard eh..
7.Ill get back to this later

Time

New year coming up.
next month I'm gonna be 27 yo.
another 2 mths,im gonna be done w hoship..

Conclusion
We often take for granted youth & health that once its lost , its forever lost
We should take opportunity at present & make wise decision, for everyone had their share of lost
